Delivery package
Sample approval and contract signing is an important process in plastic box production. When customer show intention to work with us, we will make sample according to packaging design solution, and deliver to customer for approval. When samples are confirmed OK, we will sign contract with customer and start mass production.
Making sample, there are two choices. One is without printing, only blank box. The other is with printing, which we make according to customer's requirement including material, thickness, structure, printing, color and so on. To make sure sample quality is the same as mass production quality, we make sample with mass production machine. This will increase the cost to start up machine, therefore, we need to charge RMB2000 which is USD300-400 for sampling. We will return this sampling cost to customer when customer place order and the order amount is RMB30,000(around USD5000) in one time.
