The package drop tester is applicable to the drop impact strength test of package products. It simulates the damage of packaged products in the process of transportation and loading and unloading, and evaluates the impact strength of packaging and the rationality of packaging design.
The vertical impact test is carried out on the transport package through free drop. The drop test can be freely selected in three states: face, edge and angle in advance. The drop height can be preset. When the test piece rises to the preset height, it can be automatically positioned and the drop height can be adjusted.
Equipment composition
1. the impact table is a horizontal plane, which does not move or deform during the test, and meets the following requirements: A. It is a whole object, and its mass is at least 50 times the mass of the test sample;
2. lifting device: the test sample shall not be damaged during lifting or lowering.
3. supporting device: the device supporting the test sample shall enable the test sample to be in the required predetermined state before release.
4. release device: during the drop process of releasing the test sample, the test sample shall not touch any part of the device to ensure its free fall.
